University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW) wanted to create a campaign to celebrate the dedication and hard work of their staff—doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams who make a difference every day.
We collaborated with their in-house communications team to design a recognition campaign, internal branding, posters, and wall art, all focused on highlighting their people. To ensure consistency and flexibility, we also developed custom templates, allowing their team to create additional materials while staying within budget.
