Midland Heart are a Midlands-based housing association, managing over 35,000 homes, providing homes and services that help people to live independently.
Last summer we were approached initially to print and design their financial accounts document – they wanted something that would elevate their content whilst making it easily understandable and simple to digest. Off the back of the financial accounts, we were commissioned to design the rest of their key documents last summer. You can see the report here.
I think it’s always difficult to measure but I measure in terms of reputation: Is what we’re putting out professional? Does it look good and is it eye catching? Does it create conversation in answer to all those things? Yes, and BeSmart have been a big part of that over the years, especially with important documents like the corporate plan and financial statements. I’d recommend BeSmart to any business.
I think they’re a breath of fresh air. The guys at BeSmart really take time to understand the project, to understand the brand, and to also understand the kind of programme of activity that any campaign fits into. A lot of others don’t spend that time and the standard of the output is obvious given that they understand the background as well.
