Fletchers Garden Centre is a well-established, family-run destination in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Known for its extensive range of plants, homewares, and outdoor living essentials, it also offers a unique experience with attractions such as an 18-hole crazy golf course, a miniature railway, a children’s play area, and the Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre, which provides care for rescued animals. With a dog-friendly restaurant, the Farmhouse Kitchen, Fletchers has become more than just a garden centre—it’s a full-day destination for families.
When Fletchers approached us, their website was outdated and no longer reflected the vibrant, welcoming experience they offer in-store. Our goal was to modernise their digital presence, ensuring it was visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with their brand identity. Key improvements included:
A Social Media Feed – Bringing their online community to the forefront by integrating their latest posts directly onto the website, keeping customers informed and engaged.
Reward Card Sign-Up Page – Streamlining the process for customers to join Fletchers’ loyalty programme, making it easier to access exclusive offers and rewards.
Improved Navigation and Design – We refreshed the overall layout, making it more user-friendly and visually appealing while ensuring key information, such as opening hours and attractions, was easy to find.
The result is a modern, functional website that better represents Fletchers Garden Centre, enhances customer engagement, and encourages visitors to explore everything they have to offer.
