Overview of requirement
Midland Heart are a social housing organisation based in the West Midlands. They needed a more digital-first way to share their ESG and sustainability progress which was engaging, easy to navigate and accessible for different audiences. They didn’t want another report that got skimmed and filed away. The risk was spending time and money on content that still didn’t land – or worse, undermined the sustainability message by being printed and ignored.
The Solution
We recommended an ESG microsite as a future proof home for their sustainability content which coudl be easily updated and was onthe one source of truth. We designed and built the microsite with clear structure, simple navigation and easy-to-scan content. We also included a downloadable interactive PDF for stakeholders who wanted the full detailed report.

A modern, user-friendly way to share Midland Heart’s sustainability journey, with strong feedback from the sector and partners for clarity and the innovative format.

Since launch (March 2024): 6,600 active users, 53,000 page views, with full ESG PDF downloads at 1,500.
