Staffordshire Fire and Rescue offer a Safe & Well service however this service needed to have a more targeted approach to the delivery. This approach is based on the idea that the work Staffordshire Fire carries out needs to be proportionate to the individual needs of the communities they serve. This meant that not everyone will be eligible for a Safe & Well visit but those that are not eligible will be provided with information via Staffordshire Fire’s website and printed materials through the post.
We were tasked with creating a new brand for Safe & Well and to communicate through the brand that Safe & Well isn’t just about fire, it’s about living a healthy lifestyle, retaining mobility, making lifestyle changes etc. The new campaign also needed to be delivered across website banners and social media graphics that communicated how the offer was changing.
