Halton Housing wanted to launch a new service to help older residents stay in their own homes by having the care and support they need. Working with the existing team we used the proven Smartology process and held a workshop to arrive at a suitable name and get buy in from the team every step of the way. Once we had arrived at a suitable name, Amethyst Living, we created a new identity and style for the new service and this style was taken across brochures, case studies and banners stands.
Be Smart were recommended to us by our printers as we were looking to develop a new brand for a service we were creating. The approach that Philippa suggested in coming up with the name and the brand was inclusive of staff and allowed us to develop something that everyone bought into.
Philippa held a workshop with staff to look at the existing service, their vision of what the new service should be and how it could look in 20 years. This strategic approach allowed us to agree on a name that would be sustainable into the future. Amethyst Living launched in April and we are working with the Be Smart team to develop supporting marketing material. The team and the organisation are really happy with the look and feel of the brand and we hope to work together on a number of other projects in the future.
